Associate, Banking & Finance (3-4 years PQE)

This role offers a top or mid-tier tra ined banking and finance lawyer the opportunity to secure a position within a leading firm that boasts a strong market reputation for managing acquisition finance, including project finance and renowned for their work in advising, negotiating and documenting structured financings, securitisation programmes, swaps and derivatives, leases, capital markets issues, as well as acquisition financings.
Working with Australia's leading companies as well as international corporate borrowers, banks and other financial institutions, you will require at least 3 year PQE with hands on transactional experience from a similar firm environment, where you have developed strong technical and commercial skills and a strong client service ethic.
Ideally, you will need to be able to handle a high level of responsibility (for a lawyer at your level) and provide good support to the clients, partners and other members of the team. A strong academic background is essential.
